Refund policy

Printful Products

Most of our products (such as apparel, hats, mugs, and accessories) are made just for you using Printful (print-on-demand). Because each item is custom-printed, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse (changed mind, wrong size, style preference, etc.).

If there’s an issue with your order — like damage, defects, misprints, or the wrong item — we’ve got you covered.
Just let us know within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll help make it right with a refund or replacement.

To file a claim, email us at merch@rockbridge.cc with:

  • Your order number

  • A quick description of the issue

  • A photo of the item (and packaging if damaged)

Once approved, we’ll send a replacement of your order.

Coffee Products

Because coffee is a consumable product, we’re unable to accept returns on opened items or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse (changed mind, flavor preference, etc.).

Shipping Issues (Damage or Lost Packages)

Once your coffee leaves our roastery, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier (typically UPS or USPS). If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, these issues are generally handled through the shipping carrier’s claims process.

That said, we’re real people and we want to take care of you. In certain situations, we may step in to help resolve the issue — but the standard policy is to direct shipping-related claims to the carrier.

What To Do If There’s a Problem

If your order is missing or damaged, please:

  1. Check the tracking information provided

  2. File a claim directly with the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS)

  3. Feel free to loop us in at merch@rockbridge.cc so we’re aware and can help guide you if needed

Incorrect Orders

If we made a mistake and sent the wrong item, let us know within 7–14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
